Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy: the treatment of soft tissue (muscle, ligament, tendon, fascia and cartilage), bone or nerve based problems through the use of physical methods. Physical methods include, but are not limited to exercise, manual therapy (hands on treatments), supportive taping, orthopedic bracing and the use of pain relieving modalities. Physiotherapy encourages the restoration, development, and maintenance of your physical capabilities while decreasing your pain.
